Barista Training Policies
At The Barista Training, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your training, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve any issues and make sure you are happy with your training experience. We believe that our small group and hands-on approach sets us apart from other barista schools. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality training from our experienced barista trainers. We offer flexible training schedules to fit your needs. Barista Training Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our training services. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected events happen, and you may need to reschedule your training. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled training session, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you miss a training session without providing us with at least 48 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
